To say that Will Ferrell is a one trick pony would be an understatment. To say that the man should be on horse races because the pony that he's chosen is a gold mine would be a FACT!
He has made a career out of being the "man-child" comedy bit. And it works. Well!
I'm am sick and tired of the man-boy comedy movie, but I'm also a sucker. I really did laugh alot at this movie. It was very funny as long as you realize that what you think the movie is about, is exactly what the movie is. Grown men, acting like pre-teens. But how could something be so wrong if it feels so right?
At the end of the day, go and rent this one. Id suggest 40 year old virgin or anything with more of a plot. But as for mind-melting humorous men being as akward as possible then this will work out fine for you. Remember... all you need is "Boats and Hoes"!
